About Larni De Courtenay
Larni started Fountainbridge Advisory in 2025, with a goal to create a new type of consulting organisation with flexibility, customer centricity and authenticity in mind.
With a broad and diverse background in management consulting, transaction advisory, change management and strategy, Larni applies her significant experience and skillsets to lead teams and clients through complex transactions and transformations to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Larni is a senior executive with 30 years’ experience leading complex, high-value transaction and transformation programs across Australia and internationally. She has a proven track record acting as a trusted advisor to C-suite and Steering Committees, driving financial outcomes, transaction strategy, good governance and delivery across large-scale, multi-stakeholder programs.
She was a Partner at EY-Parthenon for 13 years and the EY Global EY-Parthenon TSE Leader for 5 years, with responsibility for multi-billion-dollar transactions and transformations across financial services (banking and wealth management), infrastructure, telecommunications, transport, energy and government sectors.
Recognised for the ability to navigate complexity, align diverse stakeholders, and deliver outcomes in politically and commercially sensitive environments, she has a strong brand in the market for client service, authentic engagement and the ability to motivate and bring teams together
With a passion for people and their development, and a strong set of core values around integrity, equity and hard work, she has an interest in mentoring young women in sports through Minerva, volunteering at Lifeline as well as hobbies of Pilates, dog and chicken wrangling and dabbling in art.
Larni has a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) from UNSW and a Masters of Business Administration (UNE). She has also completed the GAICD course at The Australian Institute of Company Directors.
